These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Bull Moose Club’s services, website, and membership benefits. By becoming a member or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services and joining as a member, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our services and do not become a member.

2. Membership and Services Provided

Bull Moose Club provides networking, event access, and membership services for Iowa Conservatives under 45. Our services include:

✓ Exclusive Events: Access to networking events, political discussions, and speaker series.

✓Community Forums: Participation in forums, debates, and strategy sessions on key political issues.

✓Educational Resources: Updates on political trends, election insights, and thought leadership.

3. Membership Fees

Membership costs $150 per year or $15 per month. Fees are non-refundable and subject to change with prior notice. Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the individual who registered.

4. Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to:

✓Engage respectfully in events, forums, and discussions.

✓Comply with all applicable laws and club guidelines.

✓Avoid disruptive behavior that may negatively impact the community.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bull Moose Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services, website, or events.

7. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if you violate any of these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine is harmful to the Club or its members.
